الأستاذ المساعد الدكتور أمره باكرجي أوغلو , جامعة كاليفورنيا سان فرانسيسكو UCSF بعد أن أتم الدراسات المطلوبة منه كطبيب باحث في قسم الأمراض البولية عاد إلى تركيا وركز في أبحاثه على الأمراض البولية – الأمراض التناسلية عند الرجال. عمل منذ عام 2002 في عدة مراكز لطفل الأنابيب كاستشاري مجاري بولية وزاد من خبرته في مجال الصحة التناسلية عند الرجال بشكل خاص. الدكتور أمره باكرجي أوغلو هو أول من أدخل عمليات الميكرو تيس إلى تركيا وقام بأكثر من 5000 عملية على الرجال الذين يعانون بمشاكل في إنتاج النطاف. لديه الكثير من المقالات بهذا الموضوع في الأوساط الطبية والكثير من العروض والإعلانات في اجتماعات جمعيات المسالك البولية والصحة التناسلية الدولية. يتابع أعماله اليوم في عيادته الخاصة في اسطنبول بالتعاون مع مختصين نسائية وتوليد مختصين في العقم وأطفال الأنابيب وفي المستشفيات المتعاقد معها.
